Privacy Policy

Bankomatic helps you find ATMs, bank branches and payment terminals in Azerbaijan. No account is required, and we do not ask for your name, bank details or payment information.
Location
With your permission, the app uses your location to show nearby places. We do not store a history of your movements or send your precise GPS coordinates to our analytics service. You can turn location access off at any time in iPhone Settings and still browse the map.
Analytics and diagnostics
We use PostHog to understand app usage and fix problems. It receives app-generated identifiers, device and app information, interactions such as filters, selected places and navigation taps, and crash reports. Network requests also expose your IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location. Session recording is disabled.
Maps, banners and other services
Maps are provided by Apple. If you open directions in another app, we pass it the selected destination. The app checks for optional banners hosted by Cloudflare; these requests may include your IP address and device/browser information. Advertiser websites and navigation apps handle information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage and your choices
Your filter preferences are saved on your device. We retain analytics, diagnostics and support correspondence only as long as needed to improve the app, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. Deleting the app removes its local data but does not automatically delete information already sent to service providers. Contact us to request access or deletion; we may need details to locate records because the app has no user accounts.
